Massage (upper back)
Delivered with or without essential oils, this treatment using touch, brings relaxation to the body, releasing some of the tension we carry with us in our daily lives. Massage can bring about a number of results, pain relief, releasing tension from stressed muscles and, combined with other modalities, can re-align the body where necessary. You will be required to remove your clothing from the top half of your body.
Sports Massage (upper back)

Indian Head Massage
Working on the upper body, shoulders, neck, head and face, this treatment can bring total relaxation to the whole body. This treatment can be delivered with the client clothed or unclothed, with or without oils. It is of much greater benefit to receive this treatment with the addition of essential oils. You may be required to remove your clothing from the top half of your body.
Hot Stones Massage (upper back or facial)
Using heated stones, this massage is truly relaxing! The heat of the stones carries the oils deeper into the body and enhances the massage you receive. You will be required to remove your clothing from the top half of your body.
One of the oldest recorded therapies, reflexology has been practised for thousands of years. Worked mainly on the soles of the feet, it is possible for the therapist to detect conditions in the body that may need attention. It is not a diagnostic tool. Reflexology can help the body to be re-balanced and to begin to heal where necessary. You will be lying on a massage bed or reflexology chair fully clothed (apart from socks and shoes).
Thai Foot Massage
Traditional Thai Foot Massage is practised everywhere in Thailand today and is a primary component of traditional thai medicine. Using thumbs, hands and a wooden acupressure tool, massage is applied to the lower legs and feet.
As the main reflex points are stimulated, thai foot massage can be effective in relieving various dysfunctions and disorders and is also a wonderful treatment to promote overall health, increase energy and provide a sense of wellbeing. It can also improve circulation and lymphatic drainage in the legs and feet and reduce their stiffness and improve flexibility. Particularly recommended for sports enthusiasts and those who spend a predominant amount of time on their feet! You will be required to remove your socks and shoes and roll up trousers if you are wearing them.
Detox Foot Spa
The relaxing 30 minute treatment involves placing your feet into a spa bowl filled with warm salted water. An Energizing Cartridge creates a flow of electrons and a bioenergetic field that provides a relaxing and enjoyable treatment. The feet have an amazing 2000 pores in each foot and therefore offer one of the best points to administer the treatment which is both efficient and convenient. You will be required to remove your socks and shoes.
An exquisite treatment working on the entire face and neck area. Using a combination of acupressure pressure, smoothing movements and manipulations of the many muscles in the face, this will totally relax you and wake up your face! You will be lying on a massage bed fully clothed for this treatment.
This treatment is recommended for sinus problems, hay fever sufferers, snorers! Can also be used for tinnitus and if the client suffers from wax in the ears as an alternative to syringing. All that enters the ear canal is the smoke from the candle which is infused with the essential oils of the candle. You will be lying on a massage bed fully clothed for this treatment.
Reiki means Universal Energy and the therapist delivers this energy either hands-on or hands-off the body. It is not possible to do harm with Reiki and the body will take as much or as little as it needs in any session. Relaxation, pain relief, de-stressing are just a few of the benefits of this treatment. You will be lying on a massage bed fully clothed for this treatment.
