Massage (upper back)
Delivered with or without essential oils, this treatment using touch, brings relaxation to the body, releasing some of the tension we carry with us in our daily lives. Massage can bring about a number of results, pain relief, releasing tension from stressed muscles and, combined with other modalities, can re-align the body where necessary. You will be required to remove your clothing from the top half of your body.
Sports Massage (upper back)
Using a firmer touch and a deeper pressure, this treatment can release tight, stressed and even painful conditions. You will be required to remove your clothing from the top half
of your body.
Indian Head Massage
Working on the upper body, shoulders, neck, head and face, this treatment can bring total relaxation to the whole body. This treatment can be delivered with the client clothed or unclothed, with or without oils. It is of much greater benefit to receive this treatment with the addition of essential oils. You may be required to remove your clothing from the top half
of your body.
Hot Stones Massage (upper back or facial)
Using heated stones, this massage is truly relaxing! The heat of the stones carries the oils deeper into the body and enhances the massage you receive. You will be required to remove your clothing from the top half
of your body.
Oriental Face Massage (Warrington)
Oriental Face Massage finished with Reiki Rays, is a wonderfully soothing, and yet therapeutic massage which Ray has evolved from his experience of Indian Head Massage, Tui-na (Chinese acupressure massage) and Aromatherapy for headaches and migraines. Ray usually uses a small amount of May Chang oil for the massage. It is basically an acupressure massage with some lymphatic and sinus drainage movements included. The soothing massage usually starts on the forehead and the head and neck is also included. Once energy blockages have been addressed, the TREATment is finished by empowering the whole area with Reiki & Seichem. You will be lying on a massage bed fully clothed for this treatment.
Tsuboki Face Massage (Chester)
This treatment works on several levels, acting not only on the physical face but also the physical body and emotions. A deeply relaxing experience, it acts as a natural facelift and gives the effect of a "full body" massage. Helen uses Camelia oil as this is the traditional oil used by the Japanese for similar massages.
ReflexologyTsuboki Face Massage (Chester)

One of the oldest recorded therapies, reflexology has been practised for thousands of years. Worked mainly on the soles of the feet, it is possible for the therapist to detect conditions in the body that may need attention. It is not a diagnostic tool. Reflexology can help the body to be re-balanced and to begin to heal where necessary. You will be lying on a massage bed or reflexology chair fully clothed (apart from socks and shoes).
